Turnaround + Shipping Time
In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days unless otherwise noted in the product description. For made-to-order items please allow 1-2 weeks to be ,made, processed and shipped. For custom orders allow 3-6 weeks to be made, processed and shipped. If for some reason I am not able to meet those deadlines I contact you immediately with a revised shipping date. Shipping costs and times are below.

When Can I Expect my order?
Once processed, your order will ship with Canada Post/Expresspost (includes insurance & tracking). The average shipping time are as follows.
- Canada - flat rate of $15, 3-5 business days
- USA - flat rate of $20, 5-10 business days
- International - flat rate of $35, 10-15 business days
CUSTOM + IMPORT CHARGES
If purchasing from outside Canada, your country may impose customs and duties on your purchase. These charges are paid by you, the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I want you to be happy with your jewellery purchase and I will do my best to meet your expectations. If you have a problem with a piece of my jewellery, please let me know and we can chat about how to remedy the situation. I stand behind the quality of my work. If an issue arises due to faulty workmanship during the first year of owning a piece of my jewellery, I will fix it free of charge. If an issue arises anytime during the course of normal wear and tear that is not due to faulty workmanship, I will help repair it at the lowest possible cost to you. That could include, but is not limited to, spilling chemicals on it, being dropped on a hard surface, being chewed on or a hard knock - things like that.
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to get in touch with me at email@example.com to authorize an exchange or return (after 10 days will be decided on a case by case basis).
Custom orders and Made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not able to be returned or exchanged as they are made to your specifications and have often been personalized making them difficult to re-sell. If you are not satisfied with your order contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can chat about how to remedy the situation. FYI, It is possible for me to make changes to or even re-make your custom order into something new at an additional cost.
The item must be returned in it's original packaging, be unused and in perfect condition within 10 days of authorization of return or exchange. Once received and inspected by me, I will contact you to let you know I have received your return and the status of the request. Shipping and import costs will not be refunded or reimbursed. Please insure all shipments and package the piece securely as I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
